1. Chinese medicine health care method (health care with 3-1-2 method, point massage and squatting)
The training teaches how to support your health using the 3-1-2 method, point massage and squatting. It can be used successfully for anxiety, insomnia, migraine, indigestion, shoulder and back pain, lack of yang energy.
The training consists of theory and sample point massage (30 min + 40 min).

2. Tai Chi class
Tai Chi is a soft movement martial art that uses belly breathing and dance-like poses. It is a very effective training method for different age groups. Several studies have found that Tai Chi improves balance, leg strength, cardiovascular endurance, heart rate, muscle flexibility, immune system, sleep, well-being, self-esteem, concentration, and multitasking.
